Return & Exchange Policy
1. We offer 3 days hassle – free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. First reverse shipment is free , and will be charged Rs.100/- for the next reverse shipment.
2. Issued with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported us within 24 hrs of delivery.
3. To initiate a return & exchange request please navigate to "Exchange/Return Request" under policies in footer section of website.
4. Pick-up will be attempted twice only, the first one is free and for the second one you have to pay Rs.100/- for the transportation charges., After payment done, please share the screenshot to our mail.
5. A reverse shipment charged Rs.100/- for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the Storecredit/Refund.
6. If the courier company is unable to pick up the return shipment, the customer will have to send the shipment back to the Company/Warehouse address. The reverse pick up is subject to the availability of the service by the logistics by your area pin code.

8. We kindly request that all items be packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Ensure that the Order ID and registered mobile number are clearly displayed on the packaging. Additionally, we ask that all items be in unused condition, with all original tags attached and the packaging remaining intact.
9. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, store credit equivalent to your order amount will be issued and shared with you via email within 5 to 7 business days. Please note, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
10. An alternative option available is a store credit coupon voucher. Store credit will be issued within 1 to 3 working days following the completion of the return pickup. You will receive the details of the store credit via your registered email address or contact number.
11. Reward points or store credits are non refundable; and are only redeemed in our website.
12. Shipping charges are Non-refundable.
13. Cancellation of the order will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Any Items purchased with discount prices, coupons or in a BOGO sale or Dussehra sale or in particular to any sale from our side i.e. (Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 3 Pay for 2 .. etc) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns and exchanges. Additionally, orders placed using coupon codes WEARTONES and HBDTFV will also not be eligible for returns and exchanges.
